Like anything, coffee should be enjoyed in moderation as too much stimulation can lead to anxiety and trouble sleeping.

If you aren’t a big fan of turkey, or you’re vegetarian/vegan, you can find the same amount (320mg) of tryptophan in one cup of soybeans.
